FAQ about Intuitive Readings
-
What is an intuitive reading?
An intuitive tarot reading blends the wisdom of the cards with my own intuitive guidance. I don’t predict the future or tell you what to do — instead, I help you uncover the insights, patterns, and possibilities already present within your life, so you can make choices from a place of clarity and empowerment.
-
Do I need to have a question before my session?
Not at all. Some people come with a specific question or decision in mind, while others simply feel called to see what the cards reveal. We can start from where you are, even if that’s “I’m not sure, but something in me says I need this.”
-
Can readings be done remotely?
Yes! Whether we meet in person, over the phone, or on Zoom, your reading is just as powerful. Energy and intention are not bound by location — the guidance comes through no matter where you are.
-
I’m nervous. What if the cards show something “bad”?
Tarot isn’t about good or bad — it’s about truth and perspective. Even challenging cards hold gifts. They can point to where you’re ready to grow, heal, or shift. My role is to guide you through the message with compassion, not fear.
-
How should I prepare for my reading?
Take a few deep breaths, drink some water, and come with an open mind. If you’d like, you can bring a journal to jot down insights afterward. But mostly — just bring yourself. The rest will unfold naturally.
-
Can you read for someone who isn’t present?
I can read on the energy of a relationship, but I always do so with care and respect. The intention is never to control or invade someone’s privacy, but to understand the dynamics and how you can best navigate them.
-
Will you tell me exactly what to do?
No — and that’s a good thing. My job isn’t to make your choices for you, but to help you see your options more clearly and trust your own inner knowing. You are always in the driver’s seat of your life.
-
How often should I get a reading?
It depends on your needs. Some people come once a year for a big-picture reading, others check in monthly, and some only reach out when they’re at a crossroads. I encourage giving yourself time to integrate before scheduling again.
-
What if I’m new to tarot and a little skeptical?
You’re welcome here exactly as you are. You don’t need to believe in any particular system for the reading to offer insight. Think of it as a conversation with your own subconscious, with the cards acting as the language.
FAQ about Know Yourself Coaching
-
What is Know Yourself Coaching?
A holistic approach to personal growth that helps you understand the deeper forces shaping your thoughts, emotions, and choices. It’s not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you, it’s about uncovering what’s hidden within you.
Through guided conversation, intuitive insight, and spiritual tools like tarot, ally work, and shadow integration, I help you connect with two key parts of yourself: your Protector, the part formed by past experiences that tries to keep you safe, and your Essence, the part of you that’s always guiding you toward growth and authenticity.
By learning how these aspects influence your present, you gain clarity, awareness, and the ability to make choices from truth rather than fear helping you live with more confidence, purpose, and inner peace.
-
What can I expect from a coaching session?
You can expect a grounded, supportive, and insightful experience designed to bring awareness to what’s really happening beneath the surface of your life.
We’ll begin by identifying the situation or pattern you’d like clarity on whether it’s emotional, relational, or spiritual. Using intuitive guidance, reflective dialogue, and tools such as tarot, visualization, and ally work, I’ll help you uncover the deeper influences at play: the voice of your Protector (the part of you shaped by past experiences) and the guidance of your Essence (your intuitive, future-oriented self).
Together, we’ll translate this awareness into practical insights and next steps you can apply in your daily life. Each session is a conversation between your Shadow, Spirit, and Self where we create a space to feel seen, understood, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.
-
Do I need to already feel “in touch” with my emotions?
Not at all. You don’t need to already feel in touch with your emotions, Shadow, or Spirit to begin this work. This is exactly what Know Yourself Coaching is designed to help you with.
Many people come to coaching because they don’t feel connected. They feel numb, overwhelmed, or unsure where to even start. Together, we create a safe and grounded space where you can gently reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
Through guided awareness, intuitive practices, and tools like tarot and ally work, I help you begin to recognize the subtle ways your Protector and Essence communicate are often through feelings, patterns, or intuition. You don’t have to arrive with all the answers, only the willingness to be curious. The work begins exactly where you are.
-
Can this help my relationships?
Absolutely. Know Yourself Coaching can deeply transform your relationships — both with others and with yourself.
Many challenges to a relationship stem from unconscious patterns. The unmet needs, unspoken fears, or protective behaviors learned from past experiences. Through our work together, you’ll learn to recognize how your Protector shows up in relationships creating the part of you that guards against rejection, abandonment, or vulnerability and how your Essence desires connection, honesty, and the unlived life.
By bringing awareness to these inner dynamics, you gain the ability to communicate more clearly, set healthier boundaries, and relate from authenticity instead of fear. When you understand yourself, you understand others with more compassion. That’s how true connection begins.
-
Is this work suitable for teenagers?
Yes — Know Yourself Coaching can be suitable for teens, especially those who are emotionally curious, creative, or struggling to understand themselves and their experiences.
The process can help teens build self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and confidence by learning how to recognize their feelings, patterns, and inner voices in a safe, supportive space. Through gentle conversation, reflection, and intuitive tools like tarot or guided imagery, they begin to understand the difference between their Protector (the part trying to keep them safe) and their Essence (the part that expresses who they truly are).
That said, each teen is unique. Before beginning, I recommend a brief consultation with both the teen and their parent or guardian to ensure the work feels appropriate, supportive, and empowering for where they are in their personal growth journey.

How do I know if this is for me?
If you’ve ever felt disconnected, unsure of your role, tired of the mask you wear, or ready to live with more purpose and integrity — this work is for you. You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting; you just need to be willing to show up for yourself.
